About

Hi, I’m Zoë. I read your data and tell you what to do next.

AuDHD founder, fifteen years in sales, built multi-six figures in seven months by tracking what actually mattered. I help service businesses sell to the audience they already have.

The story

Fifteen years selling things, before any of this.

The wedding industry first. In one year I managed a £3 million budget and coordinated 185 high-end weddings, selling to couples making the biggest emotional purchase of their lives. Then operations for big online launches, where I sat in the back room watching the six and seven-figure strategies up close and clocking what actually worked versus what just sold well as a product.

In 2017 I went self-employed. The version of my business that was loud and Instagram-shaped paid the bills for years. It also burnt me out. I closed it in 2022. Slept for a bit. Reopened in 2023 with a different operating principle: track what actually matters, ignore the rest.

£15m+

generated for small businesses across fifteen years.

Multi-six figures in seven months once I started running the business by the data instead of the vibe. That’s the bit I now teach. Not because the number is impressive. Because the number stopped being random.

Now I read the data inside service businesses, find the money already sitting there, and write the sales plan that goes with it. No new audience. No new offer. No funnel. The work is already paid for, the customers are already in the building, the strategy is in the rows of a Stripe export nobody’s read in eight months.

What I don’t do

There’s a lot of noise out there. Most of it isn’t from me.

No.1

I don't teach.

No course, no curriculum, no modules. Teaching is a different job. I look at what's actually happening in your business and tell you what to do next. If you want to learn the theory, there are very good people for that. I'm not one of them.

No.2

I don't coach you through your feelings.

Your feelings are valid. They're also not what I'm here for. Mindset work belongs with a coach or a therapist who's trained for it. I'm here for the spreadsheet, the segment, the message that goes out on Tuesday.

No.3

I don't guess.

If your data doesn't say something, I won't pretend it does. If a strategy needs a launch you haven't run yet, I'll tell you that's the bet. No vibes-based forecasting, no “this should work because it worked for someone else's audience.”

No.4

I don't buy-more-courses you.

You have enough courses. The problem isn't your knowledge. The problem is that nobody's pulled apart what's already in your business and shown you which actions are worth taking next. That's the thing I do.

What clients say

She has an incredible ability to cut through the noise and quickly identify the root of the problem. Not only that, she has the knowledge and experience to help you solve it. I truly enjoyed chatting with her and am grateful for her time and insights.

Founder, The Ethical Coaching Company

In a world full of coaches who tell you what they think you want to hear, Zoë stands out by telling you what you need to hear. She's done the background work. She's tested the methods. She doesn't just talk the talk. If you're not frightened of hearing the truth and are serious about moving forward, she's the real deal.

Zoe Lea

Author & copywriter

Zoë dives deep into the details and asks the right questions to make you think about what you actually want to achieve. After our session, I felt a renewed sense of clarity and purpose. Her 'burning down' question was a game-changer for me.

When I’m not working

A bit about off the clock.

I live in Preston with my husband Ben and a deeply unserious approach to interior design. I’m AuDHD, which is the diagnosis explanation for why I track everything, hate small talk, and once read four books in a weekend because I forgot to do anything else. I’m in restaurants more than I’m in pubs, sewing more than I’m shopping, and brainstorming weird new things at the kitchen table more than I’d care to admit. None of this is on my LinkedIn. It probably should be.

Want to see what’s sitting in your data?

Send me your Stripe export and your email list. In 48 hours I send back a two-page PDF and a spreadsheet of names sorted into the five buyer types, with what to send each one and what it’s worth. £100 plus VAT. No call. No coaching. Done by hand.
