Your business is addicted to dopamine. Take control of your sales and income.

Every slow month sends you searching for a fix. Another launch. A discount. Better content. More leads. Because when you’re constantly doing something, it feels like you’re in control.

But what if, instead of continually reinventing your business, you understood exactly what was driving your results? That’s what we do inside IN CONTROL: a 90-day, 1:1 strategic partnership to identify the revenue opportunities you’re not yet using and unlock the next £50,000+ already sitting inside your business.

Sound familiar

On paper it works. You’ve got the clients, the reputation, the six-figure “status.” So why does it still feel so unpredictable?

Then the sales drop, and the same thing happens every time. Maybe the offer isn’t as good as you thought. Maybe you’ve talked about it too much. Maybe the price is wrong. Maybe nobody’s buying right now.

By Thursday you’re halfway through rewriting the sales page, there’s a new Google Doc open called “New Offer Ideas,” and you’re wondering whether it’s finally time to run ads. Then someone buys, and you’re back to feeling good, with a ton of unused ideas and hours of time wasted.

The real problem

You’ve never been short of ideas. You just can’t tell which one worked. You had no reliable way of knowing whether anything needed to change. So you changed everything, every time it slowed down.

What I find

You could make another £50,000 without finding a single new customer.

That’s the median I find in client businesses your size. Money sitting in people who have already bought from you once. Three recent clients of mine secured £50,743, £54,853 and £58,041.

A copywriter had £253,000 in the clients she already had. A photographer, £310,000. A speaking coach nine months in, with 31 clients, had £37,000. Every one of them thought they’d already asked their customers for everything they had.

An hour with a past customer is worth thirty chasing strangers.

£720

An hour with a past customer

£23

An hour chasing strangers

When sales drop, the strangers are who you go to. Every time. Spend those hours on the people who have already bought from you instead. More is the most expensive answer.

Introducing In Control

Ninety days to turn your data into sales.

A 1:1 strategic partnership for ninety days. I analyse your sales data, your customers and your offers before we ever speak. Then we spend three months acting on what it says. Together we’ll work out:

  • Where your next sales are most likely to come from, so you ask the people who'd say yes.
  • Which offers are making you money and which are taking up space, so you stop spending your week on the offer that earns least.
  • Whether you need more customers or more from the ones you've got, so you stop chasing new people when your list already has buyers in it.
  • What's stopping people from buying, so fewer of them read your sales page and leave.
  • What needs fixing, so you stop dropping the price when the price was never the problem.

You don’t need another idea. You need evidence.

The proof

Money that was already there.

£211,000

Lauren

The gap between last year and this one. Seventy thousand of it came from customers she'd already sold to once, at an average spend of £160. She didn't grow her audience to do it.

£13,440

Georgina

One returning client, paid upfront, off a single email to someone she'd already worked with.

£7,380

Alex

An existing council contract expanded. No pitch, no proposal, no new relationship to build.

£495

Pippa

A client who'd been gone three years, after two follow-up emails. She'd have written that name off if she hadn't been looking at a list.

Ninety days from now

You stop firefighting.

The sales come in more steadily. You know roughly what next month looks like before it starts, so you can plan against it. Take the client on, book the time off, commit to the hire.

When it does slow down, you know what to change. You don’t overhaul the business, you don’t blame the algorithm, and you don’t spend the week rewriting your website. You look at the handful of numbers that tell you what happened, and you fix the one that moved.

You stop buying other people’s answers. You’re doing less and selling more. And you stop worrying about the bills.

What you get

You don’t leave with meeting notes.

Three documents, built from your numbers. You keep all of them.

The Gold Report

The Gold Report

Before we speak I go through your sales history, your customers and every offer you sell. It covers four things.

Gains

What's already making you money, and how the people who buy actually found you. So you do more of what's already working.

Opportunities

Money you could be making and aren't. One client had 800 people buy a £180 offer and 40 buy a £3,000 one, with nothing in between. We put a £600 offer in the middle and 60 people bought it straight away.

Leaks

Where the money goes out. Customers who bought once and never came back, payments that failed and were never chased, enquiries nobody followed up.

Drivers

What causes your sales, and which activity produced which month, so you can do a good month again on purpose.

The Evidence Dashboard

The Evidence Dashboard

Every decision we make across the ninety days, with the number that prompted it and what happened after. So when you're deciding whether to run the launch again, you read what happened last time instead of trying to remember it.

The Commercial Scorecard

The Commercial Scorecard

The five or six numbers that move your sales, pulled out of the hundred you could track. So a low month takes you ten minutes to explain instead of a week.

Zoë's approach wasn't only the numbers, it was analysing the behaviour of our leads and buyers. She sent me a 27-page document of her findings, and it blew me away.

Maddi Cook

Maddi Cook Coaching

Zoë gave me a whole new perspective on my business and how I could make it exactly what I want.

Rachna Stear

Functional Health Coach

Zoë dives deep into the details and asks the right questions. Her ability to pinpoint exactly what needs addressing is nothing short of amazing.

Who I am

I read the data inside your business and find the money you’re overlooking.

I’m Zoë. Fifteen years in sales, around £15 million generated for small businesses, and one business I closed on purpose. Before that I ran operations for six and seven-figure online launches, and managed £3 million of budget across 185 high-end weddings in a single year.

My own business I ran on guesswork, and it burnt me out, so in 2022 I closed it. I came back a year later with one rule: stop chasing guesses and start following the data. Seven months in it was multi-six figures. Since 2023 I’ve found more than £2 million sitting inside service businesses.

How it runs

Three months, built around your business.

01

Before we start

You send me your numbers and I pull your business apart before we even speak.

02

Kick-off

A 90-minute session where we work out what deserves your attention first.

03

The next three months

Strategy calls, Voxer support, and answers in the same week you need them. We make changes, watch what happens and decide what to do next based on evidence, not instinct.

04

The last call

We review everything we've learnt and build a plan for the next six to twelve months.

Why it’s three months and not one day

You could leave a one-day intensive with a list of recommendations. I’d rather see what happens once you’ve acted on them — you can’t know any of that in advance. You find out by doing it and watching what happens.

What’s included

  • Detailed onboarding.
  • Full analysis of your sales, customers and offers before our first call.
  • 90-minute 1:1 kick-off session.
  • Five 60-minute 1:1 strategy calls.
  • Your last call maps out the next six to twelve months.
  • Action plan after every session.
  • Voxer support Monday to Thursday.
  • Feedback on your pricing, offers and messaging as you implement.

Investment

What you’re buying isn’t six calls.

£3,300

+ VAT. Pay in 3 or pay in 6 also available.

Payment secures your place. I ask for 48 hours’ notice to move a call. Because I start on your business before our first session, payments are non-refundable once we’ve begun. VAT is added where it applies.

More proof

None of them went looking for more people.

£2,847

Victoria

Seven client renewals. Seven people who were always going to say yes if anyone asked them.

£5,280

Claire-Louise

A 2027 retreat sold to past attendees in under twelve hours. Eleven of the twelve had been before. When the venue offered a second date, 45 people put their hand up before she opened it to anyone new.

£18,692.98

Hazel

Steady sales from existing activity. No launch. No new audience. No panic.

This is for you if

  • You're already making sales, but they don't feel predictable.
  • You know your business should be making more than it is.
  • You're tired of changing everything every time sales slow down.
  • You want to know what next month looks like before it starts.
  • You're ready to stop guessing and start making decisions based on what's happening inside your business.

This isn’t for you if

  • Your business is under £100,000 a year. There isn't enough sales history in it yet for this to pay for itself.
  • You've already been back to everyone you've ever worked with, more than once, and there's nothing left in there. At that point you need more people, and that's a different job.
  • You're looking for a business-in-a-box.
  • You want someone to tell you exactly what to do without questioning it.
  • You're hoping one magic change will fix everything overnight.

Questions people ask

What if my business is smaller than that?+

The £50,000 is the median I find in businesses turning over roughly £100,000 to £150,000 a year. Below that there's less sales history to find it in, so the number is smaller. The pattern doesn't change. Across the client reports I've done, around 6% of an email list has ever spent money with the business it belongs to. Wherever you are, that's the gap.

What if I don't care about £50,000, I just want steady months?+

Same problem wearing different clothes. Months feel random when you can't see what caused them, and you'll have had things work before and never repeated them, because nothing told you they'd worked. Ninety days of knowing which activity produced which month is what makes the next one predictable.

Is this a group programme?+

No. It's a 1:1 strategic partnership. Every call is you and me, the analysis I do beforehand is on your business alone, and the plan we build is for your business only. You're not sharing calls with anyone or keeping pace with a cohort.

Is this coaching?+

No. I'm not here to motivate you or teach generic business principles. I analyse the business, find where the opportunities already are, help you decide what to tackle first, and work alongside you while you do it.

How do you know where the money is?+

I don't guess. Before our first call I've been through your offers, your customer data and your sales history. Every recommendation comes from what's happening in your business.

Where does the £50,000 figure come from?+

It's the median identified opportunity across the businesses I've analysed at your size, over a 90-day window. It's money I can point to in your own data, not a projection. What you collect depends on what you implement.

What happens after I apply?+

The form takes about ten minutes and asks about your turnover, your offers and what you'd want to be true in ninety days. I read every one myself. If it looks like a fit you'll hear from me to arrange a conversation, and if it doesn't I'll tell you that too, along with what I'd do instead.

What information will you need?+

Usually a mix of sales data, customer information and the tools you already run the business on. Stripe, your CRM, your email platform, your booking system. Don't worry if it feels messy. Most people's does. Making sense of it is my job.

What if we find a bigger opportunity halfway through?+

I'd expect us to. If we uncover something more valuable than what we started on, we change direction. I'd rather follow the evidence than stick to a plan because we wrote it down six weeks ago.

How much time will I need?+

Less than you'd think. Most of the work happens in the sessions and in the decisions you make afterwards. I'm trying to help you focus on the few changes most likely to make a difference, not hand you a never-ending to-do list.

Can you guarantee I'll make more money?+

No. I can guarantee a thorough look at your business, clear recommendations and proper support throughout. Results depend on things like implementation, timing and your market.

Can you do it all for me?+

No, it isn't done-for-you. I'll help you decide what to do, why it matters and how to approach it. Putting it into practice stays with you. If part of the strategy would benefit from automation or a system build, we can talk about that separately.

What if we've already tried all of this?+

Good. That's evidence. We start with what's already happened. If something hasn't worked, we work out why. If something has, we do more of it.

What happens after the three months?+

You'll leave with a deeper understanding of how your business works, the tools we built together and a clear plan for what to look at next. Some people carry on; others come back at the next stage.

Stop leaving your sales to chance.

You’re going to change something in the next three months either way. The price, the offer, the website, the way you sell it. This is the version where you know which one.
