Speaker

Sales talks for stages where service businesses sit in the audience.

I speak about the money sitting in service businesses’ existing audiences, the follow-ups that don’t make people flinch, and the data nobody’s reading. In-person preferred. Keynotes, workshops, and panels.

The talks

Three live decks. Pick the one that fits the room.

Each one gets rewritten for your specific event and audience. Stock decks don’t work and I don’t run them.

01

50 Leads in 50 Minutes

Fill your pipeline from the audience you already have.

Most service businesses are sitting on more leads than they realise. The people who opened the email, replied to the post, bought the cheapest thing once, sat on the waitlist, ghosted three months ago. None of them are gone. They're waiting for the right next step. In 50 minutes I show your audience how to find theirs and what to send them, before the talk ends.

Format: 50-minute keynote with live walkthrough. Best for: stages where the audience leaves with one thing they can do on Monday morning.

02

How to Follow Up Without Sounding Like a Twat

The follow-up isn't pushy. The way most people do it is.

Why most follow-ups die in the inbox, why “just checking in” is doing the opposite of what you think, and what to send instead so the buyer feels remembered, not chased. Specific examples, real wording, before-and-after rewrites of messages from the audience.

Format: 45 to 60-minute keynote, optional 30-minute Q&A or live rewrite session. Best for: sales-focused events and audiences who already know they should follow up but stall on the wording.

03

Reading Data to Predict the Future

Your numbers already know what's about to happen. Most service businesses don't read them.

The patterns hiding in your launch data, your customer list, your email opens, and your churn rate. What signals come 90 days before a client leaves. Why your launches keep delivering the same number even when the strategy changes. The five buyers in every list and which one is the fastest lane to revenue. Built from real client data.

Format: 60-minute keynote or 90-minute workshop. Best for: data-curious audiences and events that want a session with substance, not vibes.

What attendees say

BLEW MY MIND!! Truly the best presentation I've seen in…maybe forever

Jacqui

Nothing comes close to the simplicity & power of Zoë's talk! I'm blown away by the ease and ideas I've had — the way she presented it with 5 different categories has been SO good and easy to get my head around.

Rachel

An absolute fan of your work! Really appreciate the thought and mental power you put in — loved how you used Ted Lasso characters to make it easy to understand and remember.

Natalia

The way Zoë broke down the different people in our world was genius and really helped me understand my people and how to retain them better!

Eve

LOVED the Ted Lasso comparisons — such a stellar talk and love the idea of looking to customers we already have than trying to find new ones!

Rachel

You've really landed this year and I'm so excited for more people to experience your brilliance!

Rebecca

Clearly a real professional — not just a great strategy but an entertaining and well structured presentation.

Brook

Such low-hanging fruit ideas but yet I never do them. Thanks for the encouragement to reach back out to former clients!

Kristin

Zoë Dew is a data-driven sales strategist and speaker who helps service businesses sell to the audience they already have. Most online business owners are sitting on more revenue than they realise: warm readers, past buyers, ghosted prospects, repeat customers stuck at an entry tier. Zoë reads their data, finds the money already there, and writes the sales plan that goes with it. Fifteen years in sales. The wedding industry first, where she once coordinated 185 high-end weddings on a £3m budget in a single year. Then operations for big online launches, watching the six and seven-figure strategies up close. Across the whole thing, she's helped small businesses generate over £15m in sales. In 2017 she went self-employed for the first time. Reopened the business in 2023 and built multi-six figures in seven months by tracking what actually mattered. AuDHD founder, lives in the North West of England, runs 100 Reps Club, a 90-day cohort for founders who know what to do but don't always do the asks. She speaks at summits, conferences, and in-person masterminds for online business owners. Her talks combine real client data with specific, usable wording, so audiences leave with something they can send on Monday morning. Recent stages include Retention Games 2026, Female Business Network Summer Reset, Fun Marketing Reset, and Peakefest.
